🌍 About the role

In this role, you will own and grow relationships with Glovo’s top chain partners, playing a critical part in driving business growth, operational excellence, and impactful marketing initiatives.

You’ll work closely with some of the most recognized brands, stores, and restaurant chains in the country, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner while ensuring sustainable growth for both Glovo and its partners.

🎯 What you’ll do

🔹 Partner management & growth

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top partners through proactive communication, regular meetings, and structured business reviews.

  • Lead Joint Business Plan (JBP) negotiations, aligning partner goals with Glovo’s strategic priorities.

  • Identify partner needs and unlock growth opportunities through tailored action plans.

🔹 Performance, data & execution

  • Own a portfolio of key partners and monitor performance through clear KPIs, reporting results on a regular basis.

  • Take a data-driven and proactive approach to improve operational performance and commercial results.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business topics and translate insights into concrete action plans.

  • Design and execute growth initiatives through promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization.

🔹 Revenue & cross-functional collaboration

  • Drive revenue growth by renegotiating commissions and commercial terms, and by upselling Glovo’s value-added assets.

  • Take ownership of your targets and contribute directly to company OKRs across growth, revenue, and operations.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, LiveOps, Content, and Partner Ops to ensure best-in-class partner experience.

🧠 What you bring

🎓 Background & experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.

  • Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence commercial performance.

🛠️ Skills & mindset

  • Highly data-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

  • Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable owning projects end to end.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders toward shared goals.

  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
